PENERIMAAN PEGAWAI PT PLN 2010
PLN saat ini mempekerjakan 47.532 staf dari seluruh Indonesia dengan rasio 15,6% di antaranya berpendidikan sarjana dan pasca sarjana. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan kemampuan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia bagi perkembangan teknologi, PLN akan selalu mengusahakan berbagai pendidikan dan kegiatan pelatihan melalui jasa pendidikan baik di lingkungan PLN sendiri maupun menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai univesitas dan lembaga pendidikan di dalam dan luar negeri.
