Badan Koordinasi Survei dan Pemetaan Nasional (BAKOSURTANAL) membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia lulusan Strata 1 (S1) dan Diploma III (D3) untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Bakosurtanal dengan persyaratan dan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
I. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)
2. Sehat Jasmani, Rohani dan bebas NARKOBA
3. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang menjalani perjanjian /kontrak kerja/ikatan dinas pada instansi lain.
II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Berusia minimal 20 tahun, dan maksimal 28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2010.
2. Untuk pelamar S1 dan D3, berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi yang terakreditasi minimal B oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang diakui Depdiknas.
3. Memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan yang sesuai dengan formasi jabatan yang dibutuhkan :
1. Surveyor Pemetaan / Peneliti ( code : SP 1 ) , S1 Geodesi/Geomatika/ Surveying ( code SP 2) Lulusan S1 Geografi.
2. Pranata Komputer ( code : PK ) : S1 Teknologi Informasi
3. Perancang Peraturan dan perundang-undangan ( code : PP ) : S1 Hukum Tata Negara
4. Analis Kepegawaian ( code : AK ): S1 Administrasi Negara
5. Verifikator Keuangan ( code : VK ): D III Ekonomi Akuntansi
6. Arsiparis ( code : AR ): D III Kearsipan

III. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN/LAMARAN (REGISTRASI SECARA ONLINE)
1. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekrutmen CPNS Bakosurtanal.
2. Pelamar harus mengisi formulir pendaftaran secara online melalui link pengadaan CPNS Bakosurtanal di alamat www.bakosurtanal.go.id atau langsung mengakses portal pengadaan CPNS di alamat http://cpns.bakosurtanal.go.id dan mengikuti tata cara pendaftaran di portal pengadaan tersebut pada periode 20 Agustus – 10 September 2010.
3. Mengirim berkas lamaran yang dokumennya telah diunggah pada saat pendaftaran online setelah mendapatkan nomor pendaftaran, dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat tertutup, dengan mencantumkan kode jabatan yang dilamar dan nomor pendaftaran pada sampul depan kiri atas amplop. Berkas ditujukan kepada Kepala Bakosurtanal, c.q Kepala Biro Keuangan, Kepegawaian dan Hukum (KKH), PO BOX 46-CBI Cibinong 16911.
Berkas lamaran harus diterima panitia paling lambat tanggal 14 september 2010.

1. Seleksi Administrasi
1. Seleksi administrasi terdiri dari seleksi terhadap persyaratan primer (seleksi administrasi primer) dan persyaratan sekunder (seleksi administrasi sekunder).
Persyaratan primer meliputi batas usia, kesesuaian bidang studi dan akreditasi program studi dan perguruan tinggi.
2. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan di web.
Jumlah maksimal peserta yang dinyatakan lulus dan mengikuti tahapan seleksi berikutnya adalah 1 formasi : 20 peserta.
3. Selanjutnya peserta mencetak sendiri Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian yang harus dibawa pada saat Ujian tertulis serta menunjukkan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) asli. (Pada Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian ditempelkan pas foto terakhir, berwarna, ukuran 4×6)
2. Ujian tertulis terdiri dari :
1. Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA)
2. TPA dimaksudkan untuk menggali potensi seseorang yang diyakini akan mendasari keberhasilannya dalam memangku jabatan yang memerlukan kemampuan intelektual. Tes Bahasa Inggris (TBI)
TBI dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan dasar Bahasa Inggris.
3. Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB)
Materi TKB disesuaikan dengan formasi jabatan atau pekerjaan. TKB dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan dan atau keterampilan peserta ujian yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan atau pekerjaan yang dilamar. Wawancara

Wawancara merupakan tahap terakhir dari seleksi.
V. PENETAPAN HASIL SELEKSI
Keputusan Tim Pengadaan CPNS Bakosurtanal bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
VI. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
1. Seluruh Tahapan Seleksi Tidak Dipungut Biaya Apapun
2. Apabila pelamar yang ditetapkan diterima tidak mendaftarkan diri kembali atau tidak melengkapi berkas lamaran yang dibutuhkan pada waktu yang ditentukan, maka yang bersangkutan dinyatakan mengundurkan diri dan dikenakan denda.
3. Hal-hal lain yang belum diatur akan ditetapkan dan diumumkan kemudian. Pelamar wajib tunduk dan mengikuti ketentuan yang tetapkan.

* Practice an interview with a friend or relative. More....There are many issues to consider when assessing a job offer. Will the organization be a good place to work? Will the job be interesting? Are there opportunities for advancement? Is the salary fair? Does the employer offer good benefits? Now is the time to ask the potential employer about these issues—and to do some checking on your own.
The organization. Background information on an organization can help you to decide whether it is a good place for you to work. Factors to consider include the organization’s business or activity, financial condition, age, size, and location.
You generally can get background information on an organization, particularly a large organization, on its Internet site or by telephoning its public relations office. A public company’s annual report to the stockholders tells about its corporate philosophy, history, products or services, goals, and financial status. Most government agencies can furnish reports that describe their programs and missions. Press releases, company newsletters or magazines, and recruitment brochures also can be useful. Ask the organization for any other items that might interest a prospective employee. If possible, speak to current or former employees of the organization.
Background information on the organization may be available at your public or school library. If you cannot get an annual report, check the library for reference directories that may provide basic facts about the company, such as earnings, products and services, and number of employees. Some directories widely available in libraries either in print or as online databases include:

The library also may have government publications that present projections of growth for the industry in which the organization is classified. Long-term projections of employment and output for detailed industries, covering the entire U.S. economy, are developed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics and revised every 2 years. Trade magazines also may include articles on the trends for specific industries.
Career centers at colleges and universities often have information on employers that is not available in libraries. Ask a career center representative how to find out about a particular organization.During your research consider the following questions:
Does the organization’s business or activity match your own interests and beliefs?It is easier to apply yourself to the work if you are enthusiastic about what the organization does.
How will the size of the organization affect you?
Large firms generally offer a greater variety of training programs and career paths, more managerial levels for advancement, and better employee benefits than do small firms. Large employers also may have more advanced technologies. However, many jobs in large firms tend to be highly specialized.
Jobs in small firms may offer broader authority and responsibility, a closer working relationship with top management, and a chance to clearly see your contribution to the success of the organization.Should you work for a relatively new organization or one that is well established?
New businesses have a high failure rate, but for many people, the excitement of helping to create a company and the potential for sharing in its success more than offset the risk of job loss. However, it may be just as exciting and rewarding to work for a young firm that already has a foothold on success.
The job. Even if everything else about the job is attractive, you will be unhappy if you dislike the day-to-day work. Determining in advance whether you will like the work may be difficult. How much can you expect to earn after 1, 2, or 3 or more years?
